1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vk9 ("vk9", "we", "us", "the Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the vk9 website located at vk9.onl, including all betting markets, casino games, live dealer services, account features, promotional offers, and payment facilities available thereon.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by every provision contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

vk9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players by publishing an updated version on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on vk9, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each transaction.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party when registering or placing wagers.
• You have not previously had a vk9 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of this Agreement.
• You are not a current or former employee of vk9 or any company in the same corporate group, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You are registering with your own genuine personal information, using a Bangladesh mobile number that you own and control.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on vk9. Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is a material breach of this Agreement. vk9 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any balances held therein, and permanently ban the associated mobile numbers and devices.

During registration and at any subsequent point, vk9 may request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, or the source of funds used for deposits. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by vk9 support will result in account restriction or closure.

4. Account Management and Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your vk9 account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed. vk9 treats any action performed using valid login credentials as an authorised action by the registered account holder, regardless of whether you personally performed that action.

4.1 Credential Security

You must keep your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party. vk9 will never contact you by any channel to request your password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from vk9 and requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

4.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify vk9 support immediately by emailing [email protected]. vk9 may temporarily freeze your account pending investigation. We cannot be held liable for losses incurred through unauthorised access where you have failed to notify us promptly.

4.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining eligible balance returned to your registered mobile wallet. Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon closure.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

vk9 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via the following Bangladesh mobile wallet providers: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. We do not currently accept credit cards, debit cards, or bank wire transfers. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

5.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum single deposit: ৳100.
• Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status; refer to the deposit page for current limits.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• vk9 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own service charges.
• Deposits made using payment accounts not registered in your own name may be declined or reversed pending verification.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise agreed with support in writing.
• Standard processing time is 5–30 minutes. During peak periods, processing may extend to a maximum of 24 hours.
• vk9 reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in aggregate within a rolling 30-day period.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to a third-party wallet or to a wallet number not previously used for a deposit on the same account.

5.3 Refused and Reversed Transactions

vk9 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where we reasonably believe it is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of this Agreement. In such cases, vk9 may hold funds pending investigation and will notify the Player by email to [email protected] as soon as reasonably practicable.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

vk9 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and VIP Club rewards. The specific terms of each promotion — including the eligible period, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, maximum bonus amount, eligible games, and expiry date — are stated in the individual promotion's terms page. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and this Agreement, the individual promotion terms take precedence with respect to that specific offer only.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be converted to real-money funds by satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for the promotion. Bonus funds not wagered within this period will be automatically forfeited.
• Only bets placed using real-money funds count toward withdrawal eligibility thresholds; bonus-funded bets are subject to the specific promotion's contribution rules.
• vk9 reserves the right to alter, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to commitments already made to Players who have opted into the offer.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets across accounts to hedge bonus wagering requirements, or using automated software to satisfy wagering conditions — will have their bonus forfeited, winnings derived from the bonus voided, and their account permanently closed. vk9 employs automated fraud detection tools and shares data with industry partners to identify and prevent bonus abuse across platforms.

7. Betting Rules and Void Bets

All bets placed on vk9 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or game as published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable betting rules. The following general conditions apply to all betting markets:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation message and the bet appears in your bet history. A bet is not valid until confirmation is received.
• vk9 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any single market, event, or selection at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — vk9 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Player accounts.
• Bets on events subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing or sporting fraud will be voided regardless of the outcome.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to connection quality and market suspension periods. vk9 cannot be held responsible for bets placed during a brief market suspension caused by technical latency.
• The settlement of bets will follow the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Television replays and unofficial sources are not used for settlement purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the vk9 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, website design, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of vk9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of vk9. Screen-scraping, data-mining, or any automated access to Platform content is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The vk9 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vk9 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

vk9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your inability to access or use the Platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of services; (c) any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in content or odds; (d) any unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions; or (e) any gambling losses you incur through use of the Platform.

Nothing in this clause shall limit vk9's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

vk9 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and your rights in relation to it. You can access the full Privacy Policy at any time via the footer of this page.

We may share your personal data with third-party service providers engaged to support platform operations — including payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), fraud prevention services, and game content providers — solely to the extent necessary for the delivery of services. We do not sell your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of contract law applicable to online service agreements. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with vk9 support at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) days of the initial notification, either party may seek resolution through binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

12. Amendments, Severability, and Entire Agreement

vk9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect from the date of publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Material amendments that affect your substantive rights will be communicated by a prominent notice on the homepage for a minimum of seven (7) days following publication.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and vk9 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
